Case Study – My Voucher Codes (Markco Media Limited)
Markco Media Limited ran a number of affiliate marketing websites from its offices in London, the most famous of which is Myvouchercodes.
The accounting functions were carried out by ourselves from our offices in the West Midlands. All purchase documents were received in London by an admin clerk and then scanned using the paperless web browser. The documents were then coded by Alpha Business Services staff and an approval workflow for each supplier was setup. Once approved the invoices were passed seamlessly into Sage50 where they could be viewed directly by accounting staff and external auditors. This made a remote book keeping support very simple whilst maintaing full control.
