Kashflow software remains a part of our service offering as we were responsible for most of the design and defining the functionality before the company was sold to Iris software. Another cloud based system providing invoicing, bank feeds and a business dashboard. The software also provides API’s for third party integration and is integrated with receipt-bank for automated receipt handling.

Paperless is a full document management system which allows us to provide clients with remote book keeping services using Sage 50 desktop as the book keeping platform.  Paperless provides document management for both accounting and non accounting records. It allows users to automate their data input processes using date reognition to extract all the relevant data from accounting documents enabling the business to reduce data entry and provides a full authorisation process with document workflows to provide complete control. Sage 50 is our desktop solution for clients who do not currently want to move to the cloud. We can operate Sage input from our offices with the client using paperless to upload documents remotely and complete the authorisation process. Sage 50 is currently being developed as a ‘half and half’ system being  which can have the software based at the client but utilising sage drive we can update remotely.
