Invoicing

  • Get paid instantly : Add a ‘Pay now’ option to your online invoice and allow your customer to pay you instantly straight from the invoice with a debit or credit card or from their Paypal or Stripe account.

Bank

  • Get daily bank feeds : Bank transactions can be automatically uploaded into Xero each day (or as often as it suits you)
  • Multiple banks and accounts : you can set up feeds from multiple banks and any number of accounts.
  • Reconcile bank transactions : Xero will suggest what each transaction was for which you can accept or tell it the corrected transaction.
  • Know you Cash position : By downloading the bank transactions daily you will have an up to date snapshot of your business finances.

Purchases and Expenses

  • Record and store purchases and expenses online : Using receipt bank or hubdoc you can record your purchases automatically and pass through to Xero.
  • View the documents alongside transaction : Xero will display a copy of the invoice alongside the transaction allowing you to access the purchase from anywhere.
  • See what accounts are due for payment : Purchase overview within Xero enables you to view and monitor outstanding purchase accounts, manage cashflow and allow you to see what is due for payment allow you to build good relationships with suppliers.
  • Schedule Payments : Reduce admin time by paying supplier accounts, when due, in one simple transaction.
  • Recharge expenses : Assign purchase expenses direct to customers when received ensuring that you don’t miss out on recovering expenses.
  • Repeat Purchases : if not using invoice extraction software you can reduce time taken to process repeat purchases by setting up transactions that recur for as long as you choose.
